NOTICE TO LAW ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITIES
The products on this website may resemble marijuana, but they are legal hemp flower. Recent legislation has established the legality of industrial hemp produced under state pilot agricultural programs. According to 7 U.S.C. ยง5940, industrial hemp is defined as the plant Cannabis sativa L. and any part of that plant, whether growing or not, with a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol (Delta-9 THC) concentration of not more than 0.3% on a dry weight basis.
The Consolidated Appropriations Act, Sec. 763 (2016), further establishes this distinction by confirming that hemp cannot be considered “marijuana” under the Controlled Substances Act. This right applies in all states under the Full Faith and Credit Clause, Article VI, Section 1 of the Constitution; the Supremacy Clause, Article VI, Section 2 of the Constitution; and the Equal Protection Clause, Section 1 of the Fourteenth Amendment.
Our hemp flower contains a Delta-9 THC level well below 0.3% on a dry weight basis and is therefore considered hemp, not marijuana. As such, it is federally legal to possess and sell.
